Description from the publisher
Join award-winning journalist Steve Bunin for a personal conversation about how his Jewish identity shaped his life and career in the media. From living in communities with few Jewish peers to balancing an increasingly observant Jewish life with the demands of ESPN, Steve will share the opportunities and challenges he encountered—including the complexities of covering Judaism, Israel and the Middle East while reporting for KING 5. Steve Bunin is a nationally renowned Executive Communications Coach, with clients ranging from Rolex and Realtor.com to UW and the King County Sheriff’s Office and many more. A 5-time Emmy winner and 16-time Emmy nominee in his 25-year TV career, he is best known nationally for his work at ESPN and locally for his work at KING-5. Steve grew up on Mercer Island and at the SJCC, and now lives on MI with his wife and their two huskies.
