This license covers CalDiscovery.com's database collection. It contains venues and calendars hosted by organizations, where those calendars live, and which city each belongs to. That database is licensed under the Open Database License 1.0.
The events themselves are not ours. Each one belongs to the organization that published it, and every listing links back to the source.
What ODbL asks of you
Use, including commercially, is available. Credit CalDiscovery. If you publish a database built on this one, publish it under these same terms, so it stays open for the next person.

This is in place because this work exists to make local events findable. Building on it is welcome. Enclosing it is what this platform is aiming to avoid.
