Description from the publisher
Collections—A Live Magazine and Public Club hosted by Ariel Basom is a monthly showcase of both live readers and video performances featuring a diversity of positions, styles, and modes: poetry juxtaposing story; literary fiction opposing memoir; drama next to genre fiction. Do you want to be a part of this community? Do you want to be a reader? Show up to the event; introduce yourself; we are welcoming to all writers and hold space for new members of our public club. We create an environment we can be proud of by treating ourselves and each other with high regard by leading with kindness and by wearing our favorite fancy clothes. We are not casually stumbling in but rather we show up as our best selves in order to present our best work. Visit arielbasom.com/collections for monthly line-ups, more details, and archives of past collections. Free admission to this event is made possible with support from 4Culture.
From Hugo House, who publish it in their own public calendar.
