Friday Fromage brings a monthly deep-dive into the world of artisan cheese—paired with our wines. Each event features David from Big John’s PFI, one of Seattle’s most knowledgeable and engaging cheese educators. Guests will explore five cheeses while David shares the stories, science, and craftsmanship behind each one. All cheeses will be available for purchase after the event. Before the event begins, David will also be available in the tasting room to chat with guests and offer a small selection of cheeses for purchase. Each month highlights a distinct theme: November 6 – All Across Europe December 4 – Over the Top: Holidays An evening of education, flavor, and discovery—Friday Fromage is a delicious way to experience cheese and wine through a new lens.
