Description from the publisher

Members! Join us as we celebrate 200 years of the Old Apple Tree with the release of the Young Apple Tree Dry Cider! Celebrate Clark County history with a taste of the past! The Clark County Historical Museum invites members to an exclusive evening celebrating the launch of Young Apple Tree Dry Cider, a limited release created through a partnership between Heathen Brewing, Castle Farms, and CCHM. This special cider tells the story of one of Vancouver’s most beloved living landmarks: the Old Apple Tree, which celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2026. The cider is made in part with apples handpicked from a descendant of the original tree that has grown on the museum’s grounds since 1950. Now, you can experience a little piece of local history in every sip! Enjoy a taste of this distinctive cider, connect with fellow museum members, and put your local knowledge to the test during Clark County Trivia, led by CCHM Executive Director Brad Richardson. From fascinating historical facts to surprising stories about the people and places that shaped our community, it’s an evening of discovery, friendly competition, and good company.

From Clark County Historical Museum, who publish it in their own public calendar.
