Description from the publisher

What can generations accomplish together that no generation could accomplish alone? Join us for a conversation-centered workshop that brings together adults of different ages to explore the power of intergenerational collaboration. Rather than focusing on generational differences, this experience examines the values, experiences, and strengths each generation brings to community life and civic engagement. Participants will have opportunities to connect across age groups, reflect on shared challenges, and discover common aspirations for the future. Together, we’ll explore what we have inherited from previous generations, what we are called to improve, and what we hope to pass on to those who follow. Through guided discussions and story sharing, participants will identify practical ways to strengthen relationships, projects, and initiatives across generations. You’ll leave with new connections, fresh perspectives, and a renewed sense of what’s possible when generations work together. >> Click here to Register Welcome Reception at 9:00 a.m. Workshop begins at 9:30 a.m. This event is will take place at the Vernier Science Center on the Portland State University campus in downtown Portland, Oregon. Special thanks to SAGE’s Emerging Leaders Action Board (LAB) for co-facilitating this workshop, and to our event promoters. Thanks to our promoters! PSU Student Sustainability Center
