DESCRIPTION:As the sun sets\, lie down and immerse yourself in the sonic l
 andscape of gongs\, singing bowls\, and other harmonic instruments. Partic
 ipants will engage in mindful listening and positive intention-setting\, g
 uided by sound and silence\, to enter deeply relaxing\, healing\, and medi
 tative states of consciousness.  \nThis workshop is 75 minutes long and i
 s open to participants aged 16 and up.  Please bring a yoga mat and blank
 et. Participants will be situated on the grass.\nParticipants are invited 
 to stay after the workshop to view the exhibition Woven Wonders: Kykuit
 ’s Picasso Tapestries in the DR Center Gallery. \n​Guests may arrive
  30 minutes prior to the event start time to enjoy the new Sculpture Walk
  outside the DR Center. Please note that events will begin promptly at th
 eir scheduled start time. Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of
  staff.\nAll sales final\; no refunds.\n​​The ​rain​ date for this
  event is ​Tuesday\, September 29\, 2026​.  \n​​Refunds are not a
 vailable if the event is rescheduled to the rain date and guests cannot at
 tend the rescheduled date.
