 on for transformative insight\, inner peace and wellbeing\, you are welcom
 e to join our  dialogue meetings\, guided by experienced facilitators pas
 sionate about self-inquiry and a shift in consciousness.\n \n\nOur Facili
 tator:\n\nI have long been fascinated by the questions “What am I?” an
 d its companion “Why am I here?” In the dialogues and writings of J. K
 rishnamurti I have found a traveling companion\, someone to walk alongside
  me and guide my exploration into the “extraordinary phenomena of human 
 existence.”\n\nAsking questions\, deeply listening\, finding out for mys
 elf\, all the while refining my understanding based on my experiences has 
 been a defining feature of my approach to living. Whether I am facilitatin
 g a class or self-inquiry meditation retreat\, leading a wilderness kayaki
 ng trip off Canada’s west coast\, or working co-creatively with my garde
 n I am passionate about showing up as fully as I can in the moment to what
  is. For me\, this is an ongoing act of awareness\, presence\, blessing an
 d partnership.\n\nI have a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and Statistics
  and worked professionally as a research methodologist and senior statisti
 cian in the public service. Later\, I served as the executive director in 
 a community mental health organization providing support to unhoused\, vul
 nerable\, and high risk individuals.\n\n \n\n\n\nAs resource we will be u
 sing  The Book of Life\, a collection of daily meditations by J. Krishna
 murti. It is available at cost for $20.\n\n\n\nThe Book of Life e-book is 
 also freely available here and looking it over for questions to further ex
 plore in our meetings is recommended.\n\nMeetings are held on a donation b
 asis.  Your donation can be made here .\n\nMeetings will be held outdoors
  under the Centre’s beautiful oak trees\, if the weather permits\, or ot
