 e to observe how you are listening. What are you listening to? Where are y

 e deeply interested in self-exploration for inner peace and freedom\, you 
 are welcome to join our dialogue meetings\, guided by experienced facilita
 tors passionate about self-inquiry and a shift in consciousness.\n \n\nOu
 r Facilitator: James Tousignant\n\nI have long been fascinated by the ques
 tions “What am I?” and its companion “Why am I here?” In the dialo
 gues and writings of J. Krishnamurti I have found a traveling companion\, 
 someone to walk alongside me and guide my exploration into the “extraord
 inary phenomena of human existence.”\n\nAsking questions\, deeply listen
 ing\, finding out for myself\, all the while refining my understanding bas
 ed on my experiences has been a defining feature of my approach to living.
  Whether I am facilitating a class or self-inquiry meditation retreat\, le
 ading a wilderness kayaking trip off Canada’s west coast\, or working co
 -creatively with my garden I am passionate about showing up as fully as I 
 can in the moment to what is. For me\, this is an ongoing act of awareness
 \, presence\, blessing and partnership.\n\n \n\n \n\n\n\nAs resource we 
 will be using  The Book of Life\, a collection of daily meditations by J
 . Krishnamurti. It is available online and from us at cost for $20.\n\n\n\
 nThe Book of Life e-book is also freely available here and looking it over
  for questions to further explore in our meetings is recommended.\n\nWe re
 commend the readings on Listening (January 1 - 7) before our meeting.\n\nM
 eetings are held on a donation basis.  Your donation can be made here .\n
 \nThey will be held in the Boardroom of the Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion.
   The Pavilion is located in this beautiful park\, next to a Japanese Gar
 den.\n\n\n\nEnter from Tillicum Road. There is ample parking next to the P
 avilion.\n\nOr take #26 bus to Tillicum at Gorge Bridge stop\, with a 5 mi

 a community mental health organization providing support to unhoused\, vul
 nerable\, and high risk individuals.\n\n \n\n\n\nAs resource we will be u
 sing  The Book of Life\, a collection of daily meditations by J. Krishna
 murti. It is available at cost for $20.\n\n\n\nThe Book of Life e-book is
