This workshop will cover how to use a range of tools and equipment including fruit crushers\, bladder pre sses\, steam juicers and manual presses as well as some at home DIY option s. All participants will get to take a share of the juice pressed home wit h them at the end of the workshop\, so be sure to bring a few clean jars! \nPlease come prepared for the elements as this workshop will be held outd oors. \n \nGetting here\nAs there is limited parking available at the orch ard\, please bike\, walk\, bus or carpool if possible. The steepness of the path varies throughout the Orch ard and is steepest at the top of the Orchard closer to the Stancil Lane e ntrance\, and at the bottom between the Galloping Goose trail and the Orch ard entrance. The pathway from the Galloping Goose to the entrance to the Orchard has several sharp turns. \nThe Orchard has a single-stall gender-n eutral composting toilet facility on site with ramp access and transfer ba rs which will be open during the workshop. Ella is a settler of Scottish and Eng lish descent\, and has been an uninvited guest on W̱SÁNEĆ and lək̓ʷ əŋən territories for the past 10 years.
