 ne-tingling terrifying tale! This youth writing contest begins September 1
 7 and runs until October 17 at 6pm. \nThe age groups are 8-10 years\, 11-1
 4 years\, and 15-18 years with winners from each age group on Quadra Islan
 d receiving a published copy of the “Terrifying Tales” book.  A copy 
 of this years ‘Terrifying Tales” will also be added to the Library col
 lection. \nContest Rules\; \nLimit of 800 words per story\, with the theme
  “Terrifying”.\nLimit of one story per writer.\nStory must be an origi

 representation of the body\, love\, and desire in Persian poetry from the

 e Heart Puzzle. He will explore how optimizing microcirculation can dramat
 ically improve cardiovascular health. \nEveryone is welcome to attend this
  free event. \n\nBill Code\, MD\, with more than 30 years of clinical expe
 rience\, brings compassion and insight to his work. His experience with mu
 ltiple sclerosis led him from conventional pain medicine to a path of reco
 very with complementary\, evidence-informed approaches to healing. \nAs fo
 unding president of the Canada Health Initiative\, Bill helped expand its 
 reach across Canada. He encourages health professionals to promote informe
 d self-care\, resilience\, and holistic health. His latest book\, Solving 
 the Heart Puzzle\, reflects his commitment to helping individuals explore 
 their options and make informed choices about their health. \nA graduate o
 f Dr. Andrew Weil’s Integrative Medicine Fellowship\, Bill continues to 
 serve as an educator\, health coach\, author\, and leader. His work reflec
 ts a deep belief in the healing potential of nutrition and oxygen therapy.
   Through his lectures\, conference presentations\, and mentorship\, Bill
  generously shares his knowledge and experience.
