  \n\n\n\n\n\nWho do you mother? Who mothers you? How does Earth mother us?
   \n\n\n\nWhether you identify as a human mother/parent\, plant mother\, 
 pet mother\, auntie\, grandmother\, and/or one who has been mothered\, thi
 s space is for you. We will create beautiful framed landscapes of moss and
  natural objects while sharing about our journeys of mothering and being m
 othered.  \n\n\n\nWhile creating\, we’ll also learn about the vital role
  mosses play in our ecosystem– how they are often overlooked\, and how t
 hey provide the foundation for so much growth. We’ll create small works 
 of art with reverence and care for their lessons they can share with hum
 ans about versatility\, adaptability\, and slow time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\ninstructor \n\n\n\nKristen Sawyer\n\n\n\n\n\nKristen Sawyer\
 , M.Ed\, is our Director of Horticultural Therapy at TBG. She is also an e
 xperiential and environmental educator\, creative writer/storyteller\, and
  mother to two little ones under 4. She has been trained as a birth doula 
 and has led postpartum birth story writing workshops with Well in the Dese
 rt Midwifery. She loves weaving her passion for mother care and earth care
 \, believing the two are deeply intertwined. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\
