  duty and obligation to the people of Washington to preserve and make acce
 ssible significant documents that helped shape our state and how we live o
 ur lives\,” said Secretary of State Steve Hobbs. “Washingtonians will 
 have the opportunity to connect with a formative piece of their history th

 .” \n\n\nWashington’s Constitution was created in 1889 by 75 delegates
  who drafted the document that paved the way for statehood. On November 11

  whose interest in photography  began at an early age.  His career as a 
 photographer started in the Army and after attending the Visual Art Instit
 ute in Ohio he joined a commercial photography studio.  His work is multi
 -faceted and varied.
