DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBRP) is a 10-week psychoe
 ducational and experiential group based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and 
 others. Through this group\, participants will learn about mindfulness\, t
 he mind-body connection\, how mindfulness reduces stress and how to practi
 ce mindfulness. Group participants will be invited to engage in experietia
 l learning\, then process their experiences with peers and facilitators in
