Instea d of going to specific points and running a 6-minute observation\, we simp ly stroll and keep tally of what we hear and see. \nConsider this a birdin g training ground! \nThese outings are open to all birders to keep their b irding skills sharp\, and continue learning your bird identification! It ’s also a fun way to see some bird activity you don’t readily witness in the spring and summer. \nNo binoculars? No problem! We have pairs to le nd you. \nWhat do I need to bring? Participants should bring thick\, sturdy gloves fo r their protection and wire cutters if they have them.
