Unfortunately \, this location closed down in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. \nSince 20 02\, we have taped 30 – 1 hour shows for cable TV’s Polka Spotlight Sh ow. You can catch the shows at noon weekdays on Comcast Channel 6 in the e ast metro and channels 19/ 20 in the northwest metro around the clock. The show is also syndicated throughout many states and now streamed globally! We have been one of the most requested band by viewers of this unique sho w. We will be recording two more shows in March of 2025 as well\, bringing the total shows taped to 32! \nThese shows are especially a ‘hit’ wit h the senior homes around the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin who are lo yal viewers of the shows! With the COVID pandemic during 2020-2022 there w as much scaling back for musical events however\, the past year has seen m ore of ‘normal’ levels of events for us to appear at. We now play wel l over 40 senior homes around the metro area and western Wisconsin. \nOver the past year\, we performed at many public events such as the Le Duc Man sion in Hastings\, MN\, the Little Log House Antique Power Weekend in July \, Oktoberfest’s in Hankinson\, ND\, Waldmann Brewery’s Oktoberfest in St. Paul\, MN\, Oktoberfest in Dallas\, WI.\, Omni Brewing in Maple Grove \, and a Concert in The Park in Blaine\, MN. Along with these public even ts\, we play at over 40 different senior living locations around the Twin Cities and into western WI. We are a big ‘hit’ wherever we appear and the folks love to sing along with us as well as dance too. \n2025 looks t o be another busy year and many dates already are booked at this time incl uding the annual Oktoberfest in Hankinson\, ND. (16th year)\, The Little L og House Antique Power Show weekend in July (17th year)\, The Le Duc Mansi on Concert in the Park in Hastings\, MN. \, Dallas\, WI.’s Oktoberfest a nd returning to Waldmann Brewery in St. Paul for their fall Oktoberfest ev ent. \nDon’t forget that The Squires Band is a great option for wedding dances\, birthday parties and anniversary parties as well as other corpora te and community events all the year through!
