 , presented in collaboration with the Richmond SPCA! Originally named for 
 General Winfield Scott\, this early-20th century commercial and industrial
  area contains what is perhaps Richmond’s best selection of Art Deco and
  Moderne commercial architecture. Dig into the history behind this popular
  Richmond district\, now a booming residential neighborhood.\n\nHistory Ho
 unds Walking Tours are made possible through the partnership between the V
 alentine and the Richmond SPCA. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines\, mix 
 well with others (both human and canine) and remain on a leash.\nPet guard
 ians are responsible for water and cleaning up after their dogs.\nAdvanced
  tickets are required. Tickets are non-refundable.\nPlease note that this 
 tour is 1.5 to 2 miles in length. We recommend you wear comfortable walkin
 g shoes\, use a non-extendable leash for your dog\, bring water\, a bowl a
