DESCRIPTION:Join us as we unveil “Light That Reflects on My Crown\,” a
  vibrant new mural by our 2026 Creative-in-Residence\, Courtney Lebow! Ove
 r the past several months\, Courtney has collaborated with children and fa
 milies at the Chesterfield Museum to transform a large wall into a joyful 
 celebration of swirling colors\, crowns\, and sparkles. \nThe mural celebr
 ates the idea that every child is inherently worthy\, radiant\, and deserv
 ing of a crown. Through repeated yet unique crown designs\, the artwork re
 flects each child’s individuality while reinforcing a shared sense of va
 lue\, joy\, and belonging. \nThe afternoon will begin at 1 pm with a brief
  welcome and an opportunity to hear directly from Courtney about her inspi
 ration\, creative process\, and collaboration with Museum visitors. Afterw
 ard\, explore the Museum as additional local artists lead hands-on art exp
 eriences and invite children and families to try different mediums. \nWhet
 her you’re an art enthusiast\, a family looking for a creative afternoon
