  program that uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi to help older a
 dults improve balance and build confidence for everyday activities. \nA tr
 ained instructor leads the 12-week program\, focusing on improving functio
 nal ability to reduce fall-related risks and the frequency of falls among 
 older adults with low to moderate fall risk. \nThe program includes 24 one
