DESCRIPTION:Learning to take proper care of your body and its complicated
arrangement of joints can be an overwhelming task to say the least. The si
mple and persistent stressors of modern-day life wear on our bodies\, yet
what to do and where to start to counter these effects baffles us. Using P
ilates as a medium we can not only alleviate many of these maladies but al
so take our bodies to a whole new level of movement\, we never thought pos
sible. Join Certified Pilates Instructor Mike Chalfin in this 6-month clas
s where we’ll start with the basics of core alignment and make our way t
o the hips and shoulders. Our intention here in this class is to master th
e fundamentals before moving on to more complex movements\, positions\, an
d postures. It’s important that everyone participating glean the most in
sight and understanding possible\, so we’ll be moving at a slow pace wit
h plenty of time for questions and answers. \nAll fitness levels are welco

DESCRIPTION:$50We'd like to welcome you to an immersive evening of sound\,
breathwork\, microdosing\, and somatic healing! Paired with dynamic sound
and the frequency of an (optional) fungi microdose\, we will journey thro
ugh inner emotional landscapes and release stuck emotions\, expanding cons
ciousness and returning to the body.During this session you’ll be guided
through The Elemental Rhythm Flow Experience. This breathwork experience
combines movement (shaking)\, along with several rounds of guided breathin
g and extended exhalations set to a cadence of music. This yin/downregulat
ing activation will calm you down\, help you unwind\, and bring you to the
present moment. Sound healing often leaves people feeling grounded\, bala
nced\, and deeply replenished as the vibrations help restore a natural sen
se of peace and flow.To learn more or register: https://square.link/u/Pc3
