  emphasis on extended poses\, breathwork\, grounding\, and relaxation. Mod

DESCRIPTION:New to bird watching? Looking for a group to go birding with? 
 Join Naturalist Educator Stephen Bucklin in Birding Pittsburgh’s Parks. 
 Beginners are welcome\, and binoculars will be available for those who wou
 ld like to borrow a pair for the walk. This month’s walk will meet in Ha
 y’s Woods at the Agnew Rd Trailhead. We’ll walk from the trailhead out
  to Bird Lab’s banding site\, where we’ll have an opportunity to obser
 ve their operations and ask questions about the birds they are studying in
  Hays. Banding operations are weather-dependent\, walk will be rescheduled
  to the following day (Wednesday September 23) in the event of rain.\n\nRe
 gister Here\n\nSuggested donation of $25 per person. Contributions of any 
 amount are appreciated\, and no one will be turned away. Your support help
 s fund conservation work by Bird Lab and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy.
