 te this week?**\nCome join our online writing group session. We're a suppo
 rtive and friendly peer group that welcomes writers of all genres\, styles
 \, backgrounds and skill levels. Global group!\n\n**WHAT WE'LL DO:**\n**Ou
 r goal is to get writing done.** We'll start with a brief hello and writin
 g project check-ins. Then we'll clock 50 minutes of writing time. We don't
  offer a prompt. People work on all kinds of projects - or even simply wri
 te in journals.\n\nAfter the writing time is up\, you can stick around and
  volunteer to read what you wrote\, or listen to others. We try to keep re
 adings under 7 or so minutes each\, with another 7 minutes or so for peopl
 e to respond.\n\nWe're not a hard-core critique group. Feedback focuses on
  what people thought or felt when they heard your work\, or provides simpl
 e suggestions for making the work stronger. We're a positive\, encouraging
  group. New members and drop-ins always welcome.\n\n*This event is shared 
 by the Seattle Writers Group\, who have been meeting weekly for over 17 ye
 ars. Since adding an online option\, the Seattle Writers warmly welcome wr
 iters from all over the globe to join writing sessions.*\n\n**HOW TO JOIN:

 ple than shown. This event is posted on two meetups. Plus\, many regulars 
 have the link saved and do not RSVP on meetup. You won't be alone\, we pro
 mise!\n\n**TIPS:**\n\n1. Be prepared with something to write with - pen an
 d paper\, or keyboard.\n2. Reading or sharing your work is completely opti
 onal.\n3. Totally fine if you can only join for the writing portion and ca
 n't stay for the readings.\n4. It's easier to talk to you if we can see yo
 ur face\, but you don't have to turn your camera on.\n5. You will be able 
 to preview your video before you enter the meeting. You can keep your vide
 o off the entire time if you wish.\n6. If this is your first time using zo
 om\, click the link 5 minutes before the start of the meetup to get all se
