  a Policy Analyst at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office (AGO
 ). He serves as a public safety and immigration specialist for the policy 
 division\, providing expertise to AGO teams whose work includes organized 
 retail crime\, sexual assault\, youth mental health\, immigration policy\,
  hate crimes\, missing persons and more. Prior to working for the Washingt
 on AGO\, Maxwell worked for Safe & Sound Inc. in Milwaukee where he served
  first as a community organizer and later as advocacy manager. Maxwell wor
 ked closely with community members\, businesses\, law enforcement\, and ad
 vocates of all kinds to develop and advocate for community-centric public 
 safety strategies. \nDelaney Hewitt (she/her) is a Policy Analyst at the W
 ashington AGO. Her work focuses on labor/employment and housing issues in 
 Washington State. She started at the Attorney General’s office in Novemb
 er of 2024\, after working as the Political Director on Attorney General B
 rown’s 2024 campaign. Prior to that\, Delaney worked at the US Attorney
 ’s Office and on several political campaigns in Washington State.
