She was part of t he Oakland Chinatown Coalition\, having led campaigns to secure Community Benefits Agreements in new developments and working for equitable developm ent.  She authored the “Our Neighborhoods” report for the National Co alition for Asian Pacific American Community Development\, which documents best practices to protect our cultural districts.
