 cise program on Tuesdays\, Thursdays\, and Saturdays! \nThis fitness class
  incorporates climbing multiple staircases\, stretches and strengthening e
 xercises\, notable tree identification\, and forest bathing. Led by instru
 ctor\, Nancy Bruning\, BA\, MPH\, PAPHS. \nClasses are structured so that 
 all levels of fitness will be accommodated\; however\, all classes involve
  relatively brisk walking and some stairs because of the layout of the par
 k itself. Classes vary according to the season\, path conditions\, and the
  weather\, but always meet at the Heather Garden entrance. \nTuesday and T
 hursday classes end at various points near the starting point\, including 
 the volleyball courts. Saturday class ends at the Anne Loftus Playground\,
  using the various pieces of equipment\, and offers optional after-class g
 roup walk to the Greenmarket on Isham Street. All classes end with closing
  with stretches. \n(Note: Fitness Walking does not meet if it is raining o
 r if the actual temperature or wind chill is below 20 degrees F.)

 9th Street\, 12th Floor \nAre you new to meditation? Or an experienced med
 itator looking to refresh your practice? In this experiential course\, you
 ’ll learn how to use the essential tools in the Four Foundations of Mind
 fulness\, the Buddha’s systematic guide to practicing insight meditation
 . You’ll also get tips on how to establish and sustain a formal meditati
 on practice\, as well as how to make mindfulness an integral part of your 
 daily routine. \nEach class will include guided meditations\, in-depth inq
 uiry into the theory and practice of mindfulness in meditation\, and guida
 nce on how mindfulness can help you meet whatever arises moment to moment 
 with more calm\, clarity\, and wisdom. As the course progresses\, you’ll
  have an opportunity to explore a host of life-enriching facets of mindful
 ness\, including how to focus your attention\, cultivate embodied awarenes
 s\, work with strong emotions\, manage emotional reactivity\, deal with di
 stracting thoughts and rumination\, and cultivate kindness and care throug
