 ons:\nThis season\, with our sheep-themed maze\, we’re excited to suppor
t two organizations based in the Hudson Valley that are dedicated to carin
g for animals: Stony Kill Foundation and Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary. \nSt
ony Kill Foundation-Wappingers Falls\, NY \nFounded in 1977\, the Stony Ki
ll Foundation helps preserve the historic 1\,000-acre Stony Kill Farm and
Environmental Education Center. The property features historic buildings\,
  gardens\, trails\, working fields\, and heritage livestock\, giving visit
ors a glimpse into the area’s rural past and its longstanding connection
to the land. \nThey bring that history to life through school programs\,
workshops and tours. Its programs cover topics ranging from farming and lo
cal history to wildlife and the natural sciences\, creating opportunities
for visitors to learn through both traditional programming and time spent
outdoors. \nThey are especially meaningful to us because one of our own sh
eep\, Teddy the Tunis\, came to Fishkill Farms from Stony Kill! \nSafe Hav
en Animal Sanctuary-Poughquag\, NY \nFounded in 2008\, Safe Haven Farm San
ctuary provides a lifelong home to more than 170 rescued farm animals in t
he Mid-Hudson Valley. Many of the residents arrive after experiencing negl
ect\, abuse\, abandonment\, or situations where their caretakers can no lo
nger provide the care they need. At Safe Haven\, they receive veterinary c
are\, food\, shelter\, and the freedom to live out their lives in a safe a
nd nurturing environment. \nThe sanctuary is home to a wide variety of ani
 mals\, including cows\, goats\, pigs\, chickens\, turkeys and more. Beyond
caring for the animals themselves\, the organization gives visitors oppor
tunities to meet them and better understand the lives and personalities of
animals who are often viewed simply as livestock. \n \nHARD CIDER ON TAP\
nThe Treasury Cider Bar | 11 am-6 pm \n \nThe Treasury Cider Bar will be s
erving flights and glasses of our very own hard cider made exclusively wit
h our apples for a true Tree-To-Bottle experience. Seating is first come\,
first serve. Enjoy your drinks at tables on our wrap-around porch\, picni
c tables throughout the courtyard\, or bring a blanket and find a grassy s

 ORE & DONUT WINDOW\nFarm Store 9 am-6 pm | Donut Window 9 am-5:30 pm \n \n
Our farm store is packed to the brim with fall favorites such as homemade
pies and treats\, fresh fruits and veggies right from the farm\, artisanal
cheeses\, local meats\, honey and maple syrup\, locally made coffee\, tea
\, soaps\, candles and a full stock of local NY state produced cider\, win
e\, beer and liquor. Starting in mid-September\, we will also have an outd
oor market with a bright array of edible and decorative pumpkins\, squash
and gourds out front\, as well as mums\, hay bales and corn stalks for all
of your fall decorative needs. \n \nOur donut window serves freshly made
cider donuts in two options\, cinnamon sugar or plain. The line for donuts
can get quite long during peak season\, so sometimes we have to close the
line before 5:30 pm. We make our donuts year-round and do not have lines
for them outside of a few weekends in Late September/Early October. \n \nT
 ICKETS\nReservations are required for pick-your-own.\nAn apple-picking res
ervation includes: \n\nAdmission for up to 5 people*\nOne apple bag\, size
based on the ticket type you purchase (Classic or Medium)\nWagon rides\n\
nAdditional apple bags can be purchased on-site when you arrive. \nPumpkin
-only reservations will be added closer to the start of pumpkin picking. I
f you already have an apple-picking reservation\, you do not need a separa
te pumpkin reservation. \n*Reservations include guests ages 2 and up. Chil
dren under 2 years old do not need to be counted. \nNeed to bring more tha
n 5 people?\nUp to 2 additional guests can be added at check-in for $8 eac
h\, allowing up to 7 people total per reservation. If you’re bringing mo
re than 7 people\, you will need to purchase additional reservations to ac
commodate your group. \nReservations are not required to visit the Farm St
ore\, Treasury Cider Bar\, Outdoor Grill\, food vendors\, or to enjoy the
live music on the main stage. However\, due to limited parking\, if we rea
ch maximum capacity we will turn away those without reservations.\n \nWe w
ill not accept buses that arrive without coordinating with us prior to you
r visit and receive expressed permission from our staff.\n\nUnscheduled bu
ses will be turned away.\n\nFor questions\, please email\nevents@fishkillf
 arms.com. \n \nFAQ’s\n \nDo you allow dogs or other pets?\n*Dogs/pets ar
e not allowed in our orchard\, anywhere where food is grown\, or inside ou
r farm store. Dogs are allowed in our courtyard and at the outdoor Treasur
y Cider Bar. Dogs/pets must be cleaned up after and remain on a leash at a
ll times. \nService animals protected by ADA may accompany their owners wh
ere they need to. Emotional support animals are not covered by ADA regulat
ions. \nThe festivals may become overwhelming for animals\, as it can be a
very lively environment. Please use your discretion on bringing your pet.
\nDo you allow cars in the orchard?\nYes\, we will start allowing cars in
the orchard starting September 1st\, 2026. We ask that you only bring one
car per reservation\, as space is limited. You must obey all orchard sign
age and stick to the 5 mph speed limit. Upon exiting the orchard\, we will
check your trunk before you leave – unfortunately\, theft is a major is
sue. \nDo you require reservations for pick-your-own?\nYes. They must be m
ade on the pick-your-own page of our website. We do not take reservation r
equests over the phone\, through social media or email. \nSchedule Appoint
ment\n \nIs there public transportation to the farm? \nThe closest train s
tation to our farm is the Beacon Train Station. You can get there by takin
g the Metro-North Hudson Line. \nFrom Beacon\, we are located about 15 min
utes away by car. Local cab companies\, Uber and Lyft service our area and
are commonly used to reach the farm\, however\, they are not as readily a
vailable as they are in urban areas\, so we highly recommend scheduling th
em ahead of time. Fishkill Farms is not affiliated with any of these ride
services. \nDo you accept credit cards?\nYes. We accept all major credit c
ards at all points of sale throughout the farm. We do not have an ATM or o
ffer cash-back on site. \nCan we barbecue at the farm?\nNo. Cookouts\, bar
becues\, outside alcoholic beverages\, and speakers for music are not allo
wed. \nClick here for more farm FAQs and What to Expect.
