rk of the New York City Commission on Government Efficiency (COGE) and the

mitting approvals. \nCOGE Chair Patrick Gaspard and Executive Director Ann
Cheng will sit down with ABNY CEO Emma Pfohman for a wide-ranging convers
ation about the Commission’s charge\, what a top-to-bottom review of the
City Charter surfaced\, the tradeoffs behind each proposal. \nDoors will
open at 8:30a for coffee reception\, and the program will begin at 9:00a.
