poet. Her work has appeared in A-minor Magazine\, Midway Journal\, Trampol
ine\, Vassar Review\, and more. She earned an MFA in poetry from the Unive
rsity of New Orleans and an MA in English from the University of Louisiana
at Monroe. In 2025\, she was named a finalist in the LMNL Arts Patty Frie
dmann Writing Competition. \nMarlana Botnick Fireman (she/they) is a write
r in New Orleans. She completed her MFA in Creative Writing at the Univers
ity of New Orleans\, where she was an editor for Bayou Magazine and was aw
arded the Joanna Leake Prize for Fiction Thesis. Marlana’s work can be f
ound in the Southeast Review\, Reckon Review\, The Hooghly Review\, and el
sewhere. Marlana was the runner-up for fiction in the Patty Friedmann Writ
ing Contest in 2025. Marlana was born and raised in central Ohio. When not
reading or writing\, Marlana can be found crafting or playing with their
goofy dog\, Dill. \nTodd Cirillo was born of bastard lineage. He has many
books and misdemeanors. Books include: Sucker’s Paradise\, Burning the E
vidence\, ROXY\, Kisses from a Straight Razor\, Disposable Darlings\, Thre
e Poets Walk Into a Bar\, & his newest\, Happy Hour Heart of New Orleans f
rom Roadside Press. His poems have appeared in numerous national and inter
national literary journals\, magazines and on cocktail napkins everywhere.
He is editor and co-founder of Six Ft. Swells Press. Todd lives in New Or
