 es of class focus on simple celestial elemental Qigong forms\, a gentle an
 d accessible style of movement suitable for anyone. The second part of cla
 ss explores progressive sequential movements from the “Tai Chi Easy” f
 orm developed by Roger Jahnke\, O.M.D.\, director of Integral Institute of
  Tai Chi and Qigong Center.  \nIn many martial\, exercise\, healing\, and
  meditative traditions\, attainment is the central aim. Our invitation is 
 something different: to release\, through the spirit of play\, any obstruc

 ith a second program offered at 6:00 PM the same day. Both programs are fr

 MA every Wednesday\, courtesy of The Helis Foundation. \n\nAbout the Progr
 am\nSkye Jackson\n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nSkye Jackson
 ’s work has appeared in RHINO\, Palette Poetry\, The Southern Review\, a
 nd elsewhere. She has been a finalist for the Iowa Review Poetry Award\, t
 he RATTLE Poetry Prize and was the recipient of the AWP Intro Journals Awa
 rd. Her work was also chosen by former U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins fo
 r inclusion in the Library of Congress Poetry 180 Project. Jackson’s deb
 ut poetry collection\, Libre\, was published by Regalo Press and nationall
 y distributed by Simon & Schuster. Libre was also selected as the One Book
  One New Orleans’ chosen book for 2026. She was also recently highlighte
 d as one of Gambit Magazine’s “40 Under 40” honorees. She currently 
 serves as a Visiting Writer at Xavier University of Louisiana. \nOne Book
