 ether community members\, wellness resources\, artists\, and juice enthusi
 asts to build relationships and networks within the community\, improving 
 the quality of life of residents living in Black neighborhoods through exe
 rcise and access to holistic resources. \nRun Black & Green will kick-off 
 the event with a guided walk down the art-filled Beerline Trail. Attendees
  looking for a slower pace\, will follow Ammar\, founder of Red Bike & Gre
 en\, in a gentle Tai-Chi flow. After\, attendees will enjoy complimentary 
 fresh-pressed juice and light refreshments prepared by Kuumba Juice and Co
 ffee. The event will culminate in a special visual-poetry workshop and sha
 re-out led by 2025–2026 Milwaukee Poet Laureate\, Shelly Conley. \nRegis

 h accessible yoga postures\, gentle flows\, breathwork\, and mindful stret
 ching while connecting movement to music. The class promotes flexibility\,
  balance\, stress relief\, and overall well-being in a supportive\, judgme
