 Beer Brûlée 3-8pm\n \n \n \n \n \n Experience the magic

a fire poker. The result? A rich\, caramelized twist on your pint that’s
delicious\, warming\, and perfect for crisp autumn weather. Like magic\,
but really it’s science. The flavor change that occurs in a Beer Brûlé
e is thanks to the Maillard reaction – think of that distinctive taste t
hat comes from browning a food\, like a roasted marshmallow or seared stea
