 uestions to voters. The ballot questions can be vague\, confusing\, or eve
 n misleading\, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court has said that’s OK. As a 
 result\, voters need to prepare in advance to understand the proposed chan
 ges.This November\, voters will find three constitutional amendment questi
 ons on the ballot. One concerns religious gatherings during health emergen
 cies\, one concerns the governor’s partial veto power\, and one concerns
  government’s ability to address inequity. You’ll leave this talk with
  some guidelines for considering amendment ballot questions generally and 
 with information regarding these three proposed amendments specifically. \

 vernance\, fiduciary oversight\, and organizational leadership for the Mil
 waukee LGBT Community Center. Board members are expected to come prepared\
 , having reviewed all meeting materials in advance\, and to actively parti
 cipate in discussion and decision-making.Board Attendance ExpectationsPurs
 uant to the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center Bylaws\, the Board of Director
 s holds a minimum of nine (9) regular meetings annually. Directors are exp
 ected to make Board service a priority and attend meetings consistently. U
 nder the Bylaws\, a Board member may be removed for:Missing two (2) consec
 utive Board meetings without advance notice\, orMissing four (4) scheduled
  Board meetings during a calendar year.The Milwaukee LGBT Community Center
  understands that life happens. Emergencies\, illness\, family obligations
 \, and work commitments occasionally arise. If you are unable to attend a 
 scheduled Board meeting\, please notify Board leadership and Executive Lea
