 linic\nFriends of the Animals (FOTAS) hosts a monthly low-cost vaccination
  and microchip clinic for our community to help keep their pets healthy an
 d protected. \nAll clinics are available for both cats and dogs. \nEvents 
 are “by appointment only”. One appointment per animal needed!  \nCAT
 S must be in a sturdy carrier\; DOGS must be on leash. \nPets that are ill
 \, on antibiotics\, in heat\, or on cortisone products cannot be vaccinate
 d. \n \nLocation: Talent\, Oregon (address provided when you make your app
 ointment). \nYou and your pet(s) will wait in your car to get to the Vacci
 nation Stations. Please expect a 1-hour wait. \nVaccines Available and Co
 sts: \n\nCat and Dog Rabies Vaccination: $25 per animal\nDog Distemper/Par
 vo/Upper Respiratory Vaccination: $25 per dog\nDog Bordatella (protection 
 against canine upper respiratory infections) Vaccination: $25 per dog\nCat
  Distemper/PanLeuk/Upper Respiratory Vaccination: $25 per cat\nCat Feline 
 Leukemia Vaccination: $25 per cat\n\nMicrochips: $30 per animal (a permane
 nt form of ID that is injected between the shoulder blades\; this is not a
  tracking device. Comes with a life-time membership\; no additional fees.)
  \nCASH & CREDIT CARDS ONLY. No checks. \nDog Licenses:  Licensing is man
 datory for dogs 6-months and older. Dog owners who get a rabies vaccinatio
 n at the Talent location will be able to license their dog(s) onsite with 
 the Jackson County Animal Shelter.  You can also license your dog(s) at t
 he Jackson County Animal Shelter\, located at 5595 So. Pacific Hwy – 99 
 – in Phoenix\, near Talent\, Tuesday – Friday\, 11 AM – 4 PM\, and w
 eekends Noon – 4 PM.
