N:\nYou have an inner voice and the capacity to receive brilliant breakthr
oughs with your deepest questions and your greatest struggles. As you hono
r your personal and energetic feelings and hold in mind the intent for spi
ritual solutions you can expect results. Results are often easier with the
support of uplifting meditation experiences that will be facilitated at t
his event.\nPresenter\, Intuitive Coach\, Reiki Master and Sound Healer\,
Jeremy Anacker with guide you through a process of energetic\, and intuite
d discovery while also helping with the process of integration.\nYou are w
elcome to bring any item that will help you to feel comfortable such as a
pillow\, blanket or eye covering.\n\nABOUT SOUND TECHNOLOGY\nSacred Sound
and rhythm are universal tools utilized in shamanic and healing traditions
from all over the world for many thousands of years. If you explore the d
iscoveries lead by Albert Einstein and the realm of Quantum Physics it wil
l become a fundamental fact that you are energy patterning. On a more phys
ical level you have patterns of electromagnetic energy running through you
r brain and body. These patterns of energy can present in less harmonious
ways. The application of sound and rhythmic meditation work introduces har
monious patterns of energy to the nerve ending on the skin of your physica
l body.\n\nSee more info on gong and sound blessings at: [http://affinityt
 ransformations.com/sound-blessings/](http://affinitytransformations.com/so
 und-blessings/)\n\nPlease RSVP.\n\nABOUT JEREMY ANACKER:\nJeremy Anacker i
s a life long healer and intuitive who has extensive knowledge and experie
nce with energy healing\, reiki\, intentional medicine and a large variety
of healing traditions. His 20 years of study with a community of healers
and intuitive individuals honed his ability to call on very high forms of
energy and vibration. Jeremy will call supreme source intelligence while a
lso leading individuals through a unique and innovative ceremony that hono
rs the many traditions of the world while also bringing his own intuitive
developments.\nFor Jeremy this journey has included the ability to see pat
terns in the energy. Full Aura Seers are rare\, and one who can harness th
is ability into a useful tool for transformation is very special. When Jer
emy does Intuitive Healing work on a person\, he incorporates his gift of
Auric Seeing to help in pinpointing the areas of the energy field that nee
ds shifted\, and he is better able to facilitate this process.\nLimited pa
tterns in a person’s energy field create shapes\, imbalances and interru
ptions which are visible to a gifted seer. When a treatment is given from
an attuned individual\, a boost occurs in both the 'healer' and the 'heale
e." This energy can be a valuable asset in attaining greater wellness\, em
otional balance\, personal empowerment\, peace and more. Profound transfor
mation often occurs if a participant surrenders limited ideas about themse
lves. Insight into energy patterns can help one take charge of a benefit t
hat is created during the energy session. It is this added component that
can make Intuitive Healing Sessions with Jeremy powerful and extremely use
 ful.

DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to identify your physical\,
mental and emotional habits and needs. Becoming more familiar with your o
wn mind and its patterns can help you relate more directly to whatever is
happening in your life – including difficulty and pain – and discover
greater balance and ease. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was cr
eated in 1979 and has been widely taught and scientifically studied around
the world\; research has shown positive improvements in physical and psyc
hological symptoms. \nGood news: you don’t need to “clear your mind.
” You don’t need special equipment. This class will focus on practice\
; there will time for instruction\, reflection\, and dialogue – but at i
ts heart mindfulness is experiential. A variety of practices will be intro
 duced\, including sitting\, walking\, and gently moving\, and participants
will be invited to practice at home between classes (with guided instruct
ions included.) Some of the themes include patience\, trust\, letting-be\,
and stress reactivity and response. \nNo experience is necessary\, this c
lass welcomes beginners (and skeptics)\, as well as anyone with experience
