  Blackhawk Park. Please park along Bear Claw Way and we will practice at a
  flat area nearby. This will be a traditional Hatha Yoga Practice includin
 g Asana (poses)\, Pranayama (breathwork)\, and Meditation. Please bring a 
 yoga mat or towel\, water\, and whatever else you need to make it your bes
 t practice. For safety reasons\, extra mats will not be provided.\n\nThere
  is a general waiver to practice so please either fill one out ahead of ti
 me or come early enough to fill one out before class. I usually try to arr
