Family Arts Day continues through 7 PM\, offeri ng the perfect opportunity to spend the afternoon exploring downtown Argen ta before the evening concert. \nThe evening’s featured artist is Bella Rayne Band\, led by 18-year-old guitarist\, vocalist and songwriter Bella Rayne. A self-taught musician\, Rayne has quickly emerged as a rising forc e in Americana and roots-rock\, blending Southern rock\, Americana and the improvisational spirit of the jam-band tradition.mHer high-energy\, guita r-driven performances have already taken her to stages across the country\ , where she has shared the stage with artists including Allman Betts Famil y Revival\, Melvin Seals & JGB\, ALO\, Jackie Greene and Oteil Burbridge.
