DESCRIPTION:My name is Robert Franco\, and I am the New Member Educator fo
 r the Zeta Phi Chapter of Sigma Chi Fraternity. As part of our new member 
 program\, each pledge class participates in a series of structured educati
 onal meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to teach members about the
  history\, traditions\, values\, and principles of Sigma Chi while encoura
 ging personal growth through our core ideals of friendship\, justice\, and
  learning.\nAll educational sessions are conducted in a classroom-style en
 vironment that emphasizes professionalism\, respect\, and active participa
 tion. These meetings are intended solely for education and leadership deve
 lopment. Any conduct that is degrading\, humiliating\, or harmful is stric
 tly prohibited and does not reflect the standards of our chapter. I expect
  every active member to uphold these expectations throughout the new membe
 r process.\nThe curriculum used during these meetings is provided by Sigma
  Chi and is available for review upon request. If anyone has questions\, c
 oncerns\, or feedback regarding our new member education program\, I welco
