T he action that Kansas City needs cannot be achieved through our weekly one -hour KC 360 meetings alone. Subcommittees allow us to concentrate efforts on specific areas where collaboration can make a real difference. Partici pants identify needs\, exchange ideas\, form partnerships\, set priorities \, and create action plans. This structure transforms ideas into actionabl e steps. In 2025\, 596 individuals representing 296 organizations have att ended a KC 360\, and 106 individuals have been involved in our subcommitte es.
