DESCRIPTION:First coast fans of jazz\, swing\, and big bands can satisfy t
 heir love of music every Monday night at the Mudville Grille Music Room. T
 he 16 piece TBA Big Band plays the first and third Monday of each month. T
 he 6 piece Rhythm City Rhythm Kings performs on the second and fourth Mond
 ay of each month. \nThe TBA Big Band plays music from the swing era and be
 yond and pays tribute to greats such as Glen Miller\, Benny Goodman\, Duke
  Ellington\, and others. Local composers and arrangers are featured as wel
 l. All of the musicians are first-call professional instrumentalists with 
 extensive backgrounds performing jazz and commercial styles. Many members 
 are current or retired college music professors from UNF\, JU\, UF\, and F
 CCJ. \nThe River City Rhythm Kings perform classic jazz from the 1920’s 
 – 1940’s. The music of artists such as Louis Armstrong\, Fats Waller\,
  Jelly Roll Morton\, Bix Beiderbecke\, and the Dukes of Dixieland is highl
 ighted. For a taste of New Orleans revelry\, audience participation in the
  Saints Go Marching In parade is featured every evening. That’s right\, 
 Mardi Gras right here in Jacksonville. \nAll performances are from 7:00 
 – 9:00 pm and there is only a $10.00 cover charge. Students are free.
