DESCRIPTION:Join us Friday\, Sep 18\, for live music by Raven & Goose\, an
 d calling by Qwill Duvall! They're all on tour\, here for one day only! Ou
 r lesson is 6:30-7\, and dancing will continue 7:00-10:00pm. \n\n \n\nCont
 ra has overlap with swing\, square\, and other American folk dance types. 
 No experience is needed\, and you don't need to bring a partner!\n\n \n\nh

 ance Club. Open to all\, but most heavily advertised to undergrad and grad
 uate students. The club was dormant for multiple years\, and we are attemp
 ting to revive student engagement as of 2024. Our dance April 2025 (in WSH
 407) was a success\, bringing in nearly 40 confirmed Cornell-affiliated at
 tendees and hosting approximately 100 at the event peak. We will host 2-3 
 musicians of a contracted band for live music at this social dance event.
