Bike & Bootcamp is offered every Monday at 6 PM. This FREE\, dynamic fitness class starts and ends at the O range Bridge\, where the Indianapolis Cultural Trail intersects with the D owntown Canal near the Colts Canal Playspace.  Participants will ride 2-4 miles by bike with several stops for body weight and other exercises\, su ch as squats\, dips\, stairs\, wall sits\, and push-ups. \nAll ages\, bodi es\, and fitness levels welcome.
