DESCRIPTION:Heading into Autumn\, we’re excited to invite you to the lau
 nch of our new Programme\, with a range of exhibitions\, workshops\, event
 s\, and activities planned. To coincide with Glasgow’s Doors Open Day fe
 stival we will be launching this season’s programme on Friday morning fr
 om 11am till 1pm. \n\n\n\nKick off a weekend of exploring Glasgow’s bril
 liant venues in ours and look forward to a packed Autumn with us. \n\n\n\n
 Come along\, grab a cuppa\, try making a craft with support from our facil
 itators\, browse our journal sale\, drop in for a building tour and get fa
 miliar with what’s coming up. Our staff and volunteers will be available
  throughout the event to support you and answer any questions you might ha
 ve. \n\n\n\nEvent schedule:11.00am – Welcome/ Tea – Coffee and refresh
 ments11.15am – Building tours12.00 – Sharing what’s coming up \n\n\n
 \nThe crafts making and journal sale tables will run throughout the event.
 We can’t wait to see you at our launch event. \n\n\n\nBook Picnic – Au
 gust 2026\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDrop-in no need to book\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \nAccessibility\n\n\n\nGlasgow Women’s Library is wheelchair accessible\
 , with lifts to the first floor and the Mezzanine Floor. We have accessibl
 e toilets and all the bathrooms are individual closed stalls and are gende
 r neutral. Our larger Events Space is fitted with an induction loop. A por
 table induction loop is also available. \n\n\n\nFind more information on
