  STUDENTS.  \nHANDS ON CLASS – WINE TASTING – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY –
  DATE NIGHT & DINNER – COUPLES COOKING – GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS *(this c
 lass has gluten free options\, please indicate at sign up if needed). \nJo
 in this fun class for an evening of making and flipping fresh buttery crep
 es while sipping some wonderful rose’ with chef Mary Thomas. Students wi
 ll be learning to make the batter\, form the crepes and flip the crepes in
  this class with each student making and flipping their own crepes to enjo
 y as their evening meal.  Savory and sweet fillings and toppings will be 
 available for guests to choose from.  This class is perfect for a date ni
 ght out with your girl friends or your partner as well.  Assorted topping
 s\, stuffing’s and condiments will be available to fill the crepes to ma
 ke different types of crepes such as an appetizer crepe\, an entrée crepe
  & an sweet dessert crepe.  This class consists of some observation as we
 ll as hands-on techniques to learn how to form\, cook and flip crepes. Per
 fect for a family group or a group of friends to enjoy an evening of cooki
 ng.  Along with this class we will be tasting 4 different types of Rose
 ’ wines and a discussion on each will follow.  $100.00 per person\, in
 cludes class instructions\, all ingredients and supplies plus a full toppi
 ngs and fillings bar\, snacks & refreshments with a Wine Tasting included.
   Printed recipes are also included.
