Running two mornings a week the project aims to provide active childhood experiences for adults and children. \nCREATE provides the reso urces\, ideas and creative inspiration for a range of activities that can often be replicated in the home environment using recycled\, low-cost and easily obtainable materials. \nNo previous experience is needed\, all abil ities welcome! \nA healthy snack is provided for all attending. \nSessions may take place indoors – or sometimes outdoors if weather permits! – so please: \n\nWear comfortable clothes and layers that you don’t mind g etting messy.\nWear footwear that allows you to be active and move.\nBring a warm/waterproof outer layer\, just in case we make it outdoors!\n\nPLEA SE NOTE: \nParents/carers are responsible for supervising their children a t all times during the session. \nWe encourage adults and children in atte ndance to engage and participate in the activities. \nWe encourage familie s to help make CREATE a ‘technology free zone’.
