We do need to be out of the door by midnight due to the hotel's licencing rules. So please keen an eye on tim e.\n\nThere is no charge to joining as the hotel is giving us the space fo r free. However\, since the hotel are hosting us for free\, please buy a d rink or two while there to ensure their continued support for this event. The hotel staff preparing the drinks are also manning the hotel desk.
