This new work examines how digital technology impacts our b odies\, exploring the tension between the physical and virtual realities\, as well as the profound sense of absence.\n\nCeramic body fragments resem ble shed clothing\, a crouched figure is painted trapped within a grid\, a nd virtual body modification services created using AI programmes\, vividl y expose the fractures that digital media technology inflicts on our perce ption.\n\n"As we grow accustomed to the relentless speed of technology\, o ur bodies by comparison\, increasingly feel like a burden or frustrate us.
