 ing moves beyond foundational governance concepts and explores how organiz
 ations can intentionally cultivate boards that are aligned with their miss
 ion\, responsive to their current season\, and equipped to support long-te
 rm organizational success. \nBy the end of this training\, participants wi
 ll learn ways to: \n\nAssess whether their current board composition align
 s with their organization’s present and future needs.\nIdentify gaps in 
 skills\, expertise\, lived experience\, relationships\, and leadership cap
 acity.\nStrengthen recruitment and onboarding practices to build a more en
 gaged board culture.\nImplement strategies that foster trust\, accountabil
 ity\, and meaningful participation among board members.\nDevelop a framewo
 rk for cultivating future board leaders and sustaining long-term board eff
