DESCRIPTION:Have you ever visited a real Texas pumpkin farm during the fal
 l harvest season? Join Intercultural Programs (ICP) for a Cultural Trip to
  Preston Trail Farms in Gunter and experience one of North Texas' popular 
 seasonal traditions. Participants will have the opportunity to explore pum
 pkin patches and receive a small pumpkin\, enjoy a hayride\, feed farm ani
 mals\, and experience other seasonal attractions and aspects of fall commu
 nity life in a rural Texas setting.\n\nICP will sponsor a group of fifty (
 50) students on Friday\, October 16 to join us for a day trip to the farm.
  The group will depart UT Dallas via charter bus at 9:00am and return at a
 pproximately 4:00pm. \n\nPriority will be given to students who have not p
 reviously participated in an ICP Cultural Trip. Participant selection foll
 ows a balanced approach that considers both application submission order a
 nd geographic representation. \n\nStudents interested in attending may con

 is October for our Fall Harvest Little Farmer Friday and spend a splendid 
 autumn day on the farm. Your little farmers can enjoy a wagon ride around 
 the 4-acres\, make a Fall craft to take home\, and milk Buttermilk the mec
 hanical milking cow.  \n					\n									Tickets on sale 8/6\n					 \nEach
  Little Farmer Friday is an interactive program designed for preschoolers 
 and their grown-ups.  Most appropriate for children ages 2 to 5 years old
 \, our program offers families the opportunity to hear a story\, make a cr
 aft\, meet our animals\, enjoy a wagon ride\, and have fun on our 4-acre f
 arm. \n  \nGates open at 10am. Activities 10am-12pm. Farm grounds close a
 t 2pm. Bring a lunch or snack to enjoy on the farm. \n  \nGet your ticke
 ts early!  \nEvents often sell out. If the event is sold out\, no tickets
  will be available the day of the event or at the door.  \nAll tickets ar
 e non-refundable and non-transferable.  \nTickets that are resold will no
 t be honored.   \nThere are NO third-party sales on websites. Tickets ar
 e only available at the link below.  \n  \nMuseum Members (Family level 
 or higher) receive one adult ticket FREE with purchase of one child’s ti
 cket. Members will receive an email containing the access code.  \n  \nP
 arking \nFree parking on Pitman Drive and east side of 1300 Custer (see ma
 p below).  \nDo not park in front of businesses or private residences as 
 they may tow your vehicle.  \n  \n \n  \nWeather and Cancellations \nEv
 ents are held\, rain or shine. Activities take place outside on our 4-acre
  farmstead.  Be prepared for possible muddy conditions if it has recently
  rained. Check the weather the day of the event to make sure you and your
