 escription:**\nThis walk starts by going up to the Abbey (founded 1881). Y
 ou will pass stations of the cross\, a small grotto\, a pioneer church and
  cemetery\, and chapel on the campus. The route then goes through this uni
 que German town passing St. Mary's Church\, the Glockenspiel Restaurant (l
 argest Gloceknspiel in the US)\, a second pioneer cemetery\, a hops field\
 , 2 park and an historic railroad station.\n\n**Driving Directions:** From
  the north on I-5\, take the Woodburn Exit 271. Follow the signs east to M
 t. Angel along Hwy. 214. Turn left on Church Street. From the south on I-5
  take Market St Exit 256 (Salem). Follow signs east along Hwy 213 to Silve
 rton. At the traffic light\, turn left on "C" St to First St. Turn left on
  First St/Hwy. 214 to Mt. Angel. Turn right on Church St. Follow Church St
 . up the hill (Church becomes College St.) to Towers Lane on Left.
