  \nGrow Not Mow is a community program powered by volunteers like you and 
 championed by the City of Shaker Heights\, NCSL and DBWP. With this progra
 m\, we hope to restore and enhance biodiversity in the floodplain of the D
 oan Brook to make it a better habitat for pollinators\, wildlife\, and peo
 ple while also reducing the land area that is mowed. Our plantings will al

 nature hike\, count acorns in the forest\, or compare the size of differen
 t leaves before heading inside to model their own creation based on the d
 ay’s theme. Our educators create safe spaces where children become comf
 ortable asking questions\, sharing their ideas with others\, and trying ne
 w things. \nThe group of students and the lead NCSL educator are consisten
 t throughout the entire semester\, allowing your Pre-K explorer to pract
